当社はシュウウエムラを創業したウエムラファミリーの化粧品開発のノウハウを踏襲して植村浩が創立したファブレス型の化粧品マーケティングカンパニーです。
プロフェッショナル＆パーソナライズドという理念のもとにOEM/ODMの受託をしています。
単純なOEM受託にとどまらず、いま化粧品業界で多く見られるODM (Original Design Manufacturing) つまり、依頼主のブランド製品の開発を担い、化粧品専門のマーケティングカンパニーとして、企画、制作、生産までを請け負っています。
元のシュウウエムラの生産ラインを研究所として残し、ラボ・サンプルの製作のみの施設として、生産はファブレス方式(自社の生産ラインを持たず、都度、適した生産工場を選定し製造するやり方)に切り替えたことで、作れる製品の種類が限られてしまう自社の生産ラインだけでは限界のあった、さまざまな形状、体質、容量の製品を、製造数量や予算に応じて生産することを可能にしました。
Our company is a fabless cosmetics marketing company designed by Hiroshi Uemura, following the cosmetics development know-how of the Uemura family, which founded Shu Uemura.
We contract OEM/ODM under the philosophy of “professional & personalized”.
The cosmetics marketing company contract product design, planning of production, and branding for our clients.
We took over the original Shu Uemura production line, and are reserving it as our laboratory and the facility only for the production of lab-samples.
Our production system is trendy carried out in a fabless method (a method of selecting and manufacturing suitable production plants each time, without having its own production line).
The switch made it possible to produce products of various shapes, constitutions, and production lot, which were limited by our own production line set alone, according to the production quantity and budget.
